ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

1. To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must have chosen Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic, Uyo as their FIRST CHOICE or visit JAMB centre to effect a change of institution to lbom Metropolitan Metropolitan Polytechnic Uyo.
2. Candidate must have scored at least 100 in their UTME examination, possess a minimum of five O' level Credits obtained in not more than two sittings in relevant subjects and must not be below sixteen (16) years of age.

HOW TO APPLY

ROUTE 1: Visit the School Website: www.ibommetropoly.edu.ng and complete the application form with the following details:

1. JAMB Registration Number
2. Phone Number
3. Name

Candidates should go to any commercial bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin of (amount) (inclusive of bank charges) for the screening fees.

Candidates must upload their WAEC results to JAMB via JAMB's portal and the Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic's portal, respectively.

Using the pin, visit (Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic Portal) to fill out and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgment slip as evidence of registration.

ROUTE 2: You can visit JAMB portal to change your institution to Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE

Candidates should upload the following documents to the Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic portal:

1. Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
2. JAMB online result
3. Other relevant credentials
4. Valid scratch card pin for verification of WAEC/NABTEB/NECO result(s)

The result of the screening exercise shall be published accordingly.

HND ADMISSION

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Candidates should visit the school website and follow the online application.
2. Purchase an electronic application PIN from a commercial bank.
3. Complete the application on the portal using the obtained PIN.
4. Upload required documents (Industrial attachment letter, ND transcript, receipt copy).

1. Candidates should visit the school or the website www.ibommetropoly.edu.ng. Click the online application and then follow through with the following details:

   i. Phone number

   ii. Name.

2. Candidates should go to any Commercial Bank with their invoice (RRR Number) to purchase an electronic application PIN and make a payment of (amount in figure) (amount in words) and obtain a PIN (inclusive of Bank and other charges)
3. Application should be completed by visiting Default Master Page title (Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic Portal) with the obtained pin to complete the application with the following steps:

   a. Highlight "Admissions"

   b. Select "Application Forms"

   c. Select your choice of programme

   d. Insert the obtained PIN(Confirmation Order) in the appropriate form to complete the application.

4. Candidates should upload the following documents to the Ibom Metropolitan Polytechnic Portal:

   i. Attach one (1) year industrial attachment letter

   ii. Official ND Transcript / Statement of result

   iii. Photocopy of the registration receipt

N/B: The screening date shall be announced for applicants to physically present themselves with original credentials.
